Both church halls are located in picturesque Southern Georgian Bay, in the town of Penetanguishene.
St. James on-the-Lines hall is located across the street of the historic Anglican Church and cemetery. The hall is available for rentals between May 1st and September 30th.
All Saints church hall is located in the heart of downtown Penetanguishene. This hall is available year round for daily events or long term rentals.
Rentals for: Weddings, Anniversaries, Memorials, Birthdays, Reunions, AGM’s, Receptions, Celebration of Life, Lectures/Trainings
Modern Facilities, Country Setting, Wheelchair Accessible, Ample Parking, Washrooms, Fully Functioning Kitchen, Tables & Chairs, Catering Available.
All rentals must have Commercial General Liability Insurance. This can be purchased from the Anglican Church insurers at low cost.
Mandatory Insurance Requirements
Commercial General Liability (“CGL”) Insurance of $2,000,000 per occurrence (for low-risk Licensees) or $5,000,000 per occurrence (for high-risk Licensees), including:
• Tenant’s Legal Liability: coverage of not less than $250,000.00;
• Additional Insured’s: both ‘The Incumbent and Churchwardens of The Parish of Penetanguishene’ and ‘The Incorporated Synod of the Diocese of Toronto’ must be listed on the certificate of insurance as additional insured’s.

Fees for one (1) time use of the halls is a minimum of $350.00 per occasion. This helps the church with heating, lighting and cleaning. Additional donations to the church are always welcome.
Long-Term (weekly, monthly etc.) will be negotiated at the time of request.
