Our Mission
The Anglican Parish of Penetanguishene: A relevant, energetic, community of faith that provides comfort, hope and joy for all
Our Vision
We are a faith-based community reflecting God’s Love, hope and joy to our hurting world
Our Values
Being a loving, inclusive, and accepting community working together for common purpose. Celebrating God through meaningful worship
The Anglican Parish of Penetanguishene has two churches, St. James on-the-Lines (1836) and All Saints (1877), but we worship as one congregation, moving between the two churches at Easter and Thanksgiving. Easter is always celebrated at St. James, Christmas at All Saints, and Thanksgiving alternates between the churches.

SUNDAY WORSHIP
April to October ā St. James on-the-Lines 10am service
October to April ā All Saints Church 11am A light lunch is provided following our Sunday service
All are Welcome!
Active groups within our congregation include:
Choir
The Anglican Parish of Penetanguishene is a congregation that thoroughly enjoys music. The choir meets Sunday mornings at 10am to review the music selections for the day, warm up and practice any additional special pieces that are being learned. Anyone who enjoys music is more than welcome to join the choir.
Altar Guild
Members of the Altar Guild look after the alter area of the church. They set out the wine and wafers for communion, polish the brass and silver articles used in the service and for communion, wash and iron alter linens, and make sure the correct coloured hangings are displayed. At Christmas and Thanksgiving they decorate the church. The Alter Guild welcomes any donation of flower to be placed on the alter. Contact Kathryn Knowlton
Advisory Board
Our Advisory Board meetings are in the All Saints Hall at 10am on the fourth Tuesday of every second month. Attendees includes anyone from the congregation who is interested, the Secretary, the Treasurer, all persons with responsibilities plus the parish Priest and all four wardens
Topics discussed are related to the financial and spiritual well-being of our Parish. The continued good health of the Parish is due to these meetings and the constructive action that is taken to remedy any concerns that are voiced
