SINK OR SWIM show description:
SÉAN MCCANN, The Shantyman of GREAT BIG SEA, returns with a new set of original songs,
alongside the trustedfavourites audiences know and love, for anyone feeling overwhelmed
by the moment we’re living in. Between constant noise, relentless headlines, and the pressure to keep
moving without pause, SINK OR SWIM asks a simple but vital question: how do we stay afloat
when the world feels louder, faster and heavier by the day. Armed only with his guitar, and an
unwavering commitment to truth, Séan invites audiences into a shared space of reflection, resilience,
and release where singing isn’t optional, it’s essential. These are songs about the undertow and
what we do to resist it. About finding your breath when everything feels urgent. About choosing presence
over panic, connection over isolation, and humanity over noise.
Come as you are. Leave a little lighter.
The choice is yours: Sink or Swim.
